We're currently looking for a Tech Lead to join our fast-growing team in Gurgaon. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of key technical decisions and lead a team of passionate engineers in building scalable, reliable, and high-impact products.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers through all stages of development
- Architect, design, and develop high-performance backend and frontend systems
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams to define and deliver solutions
- Set and uphold high standards for code quality, testing, and performance
- Own end-to-end delivery and deployment of features in a fast-paced environment
- Continuously explore and implement best practices to improve scalability and efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
- Strong expertise in backend frameworks (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.) and frontend technologies (React, Angular, etc.)
- Solid understanding of system architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record of building and scaling products from the ground up
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, startup-like environment
Good to Have:
- Experience working on AI/ML products or data-driven platforms
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Past experience in product-focused startups
