We’re currently looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer (with a backend focus) to join our core engineering team in Gurgaon. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across the stack but thrives in building robust, scalable backend systems.
You’ll play a key role in designing architecture, developing APIs, and contributing to frontend components while collaborating closely with product and design teams.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices
- Contribute to frontend development using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Next.js, etc.)
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ship end-to-end features
- Optimize performance, security, and reliability across the stack
- Own and drive technical decisions, architecture, and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in full stack development, with strong backend expertise
- Proficient in Node.js, Python, or similar backend languages
- Experience with frontend frameworks like React, Vue, or Next.js
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and system design
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, and Docker
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
