We're currently looking for a QA Lead to join our growing team in Gurgaon. In this role, you'll take the lead on ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by building scalable testing strategies, mentoring a QA team, and working closely with engineering and product teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Define, implement, and evolve a robust QA strategy across the product lifecycle
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers to deliver high-quality releases
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify test requirements
- Own defect management, regression testing, and release readiness processes
- Drive the adoption of automation frameworks and continuous integration practices
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of hands-on QA experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
- Deep understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with test automation tools (like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Familiarity with agile development environments and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Nice to Have:
- Experience in testing AI/ML-based platforms or data-heavy applications
- Exposure to performance testing and security testing
- Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced product company
