About the Role
We’re currently looking for a Product Designer to join our team in Gurgaon. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping user experiences and visual design for our core product. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing to create intuitive, elegant, and impactful user interfaces.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end design of product features — from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to inform design decisions
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation
- Maintain and evolve our design system and visual language
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization
What We’re Looking For
- 4–9 years of experience in product or UX/UI design, ideally in a fast-paced tech or startup environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, interaction design, and visual design skills
- Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Solid understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and design systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bonus Points
- Experience designing for SaaS, mobile apps, or data-heavy interfaces
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React)
- Background in conducting user research or A/B testing
