We’re currently looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Gurgaon. If you love building and deploying ML models that solve real-world problems at scale, this role is for you.
As part of our engineering and data science team, you’ll work on end-to-end model development—from data preprocessing and training to evaluation and deployment—playing a central role in driving data-driven product innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and deploy ML models for core product and business features
- Work with large datasets to build clean, scalable data pipelines
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify and solve impactful problems
- Continuously experiment with new models, features, and techniques
- Monitor model performance in production and iterate as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with machine learning in production environments
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
- Solid understanding of data preprocessing, model selection, and evaluation metrics
- Experience deploying models using Docker, Flask/FastAPI, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Bonus: Experience with LLMs, recommendation systems, or time-series forecasting
