We’re currently looking for an experienced and driven Engineering Manager to join our growing team in Gurgaon. As an Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a team of talented engineers, drive technical excellence, and help scale systems and processes to support rapid product growth.
This is a high-impact leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on problem-solving and people management.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of backend, frontend, and full-stack engineers
- Define technical strategy and drive architecture decisions across the product stack
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and other cross-functional teams
- Ensure high standards in code quality, testing, and deployment
- Manage project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and remove roadblocks
- Foster a strong engineering culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and growth
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong technical background in building scalable web applications and systems
- Proficiency in backend technologies (e.g. Node.js, Python, Java) and modern frontend frameworks
- Experience managing agile teams and working in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring and growing engineers
- Prior experience in a startup or product-focused company is a plus
