We're currently looking for a DevOps Engineer to join their team in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure for modern applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to support rapid development and deployment
- Automate infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth release cycles and efficient troubleshooting
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) including provisioning, cost optimization, and security
- Implement and enforce best practices for system security, monitoring, and alerting
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering roles
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Bash, Python, etc.)
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
- Solid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.)
- Good communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Experience with incident management and root cause analysis
- Certification in AWS or other relevant technologies
