Turn Around Coordinator TRV

Job Summary: Provide overall coordination and supervision of all turn-around activities as per established procedures. Ensure timely and efficient turn-around of aircraft. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and coordinate aircraft turn-around activities to ensure optimum resource utilization. - Maintain effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders. - Resolve issues and problems encountered during turn-around activities. - Ensure compliance with company and statutory policies, procedures and guidelines. - Monitor and maintain accurate records of all turn-around activities. - Provide training and guidance to the team to enhance their skills and performance. - Provide inputs for continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in the aviation industry. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Knowledge of aircraft turn-around procedures and ground handling operations. - Proficient in MS Office applications.
