Talent Acquisition Manager

We are a dynamically growing company in the Air Chartering business with a diverse fleet operating worldwide. AirX Charter is an international company offering exposure to various markets and jurisdictions from around the world.

AirX is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to attract, hire, and retain top talent. Reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources, this role requires a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage and end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.

What will you do:

• Together with the Head of Human Resources develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Enhance employer branding efforts to attract talent.
• Use data and recruitment metrics to optimise hiring processes and report on hiring performance.
• Leverage various sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best hiring practices.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal hiring policies.

Who are we looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing high-volume and/or specialised recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR databases.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience in Business Aviation would be considered as an asset.
