Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Airport Representative role located in Bengaluru South. The Airport Representative will be responsible for coordinating with chauffeurs and clients for arrivals and departures, ensuring smooth execution of airport transfers. Tasks include managing schedules, facilitating customer check-ins, handling inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. The representative will prioritize maintaining a professional demeanor while enhancing the customer experience through excellent service delivery and timely communication.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle client interactions courteously and effectively
- Time management and organizational skills to handle schedules, monitor arrivals/departures, and ensure timely service
- Problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer concerns promptly
- Basic computer skills for updating records and communicating with the team efficiently
- Knowledge of local areas and airport operations is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
