Job Description: We are currently seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers, as well as maintaining the overall efficiency of airport operations. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas
• Handle passenger inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, delays, and other airport services
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations
• Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo
• Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure timely and efficient aircraft turnaround
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Perform other duties as assigned by the airport management team Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
