As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in, security, and boarding gates
• Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and unloading from aircraft
• Conduct security screenings and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to all passengers
• Monitor flight schedules and assist with flight updates and changes
• Handle any customer inquiries or issues in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with other ground staff and airline crew to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of airport operations and safety regulations is a plus
