🌐 Role Overview
The Delivery Senior Specialist is responsible for leading and delivering complex implementation projects for Amadeus Sky Network Planning & Scheduling solutions. Acting as a trusted partner to airline customers, this role ensures successful project execution through rigorous planning, proactive risk management, strong stakeholder engagement, and end‑to‑end delivery ownership. The role requires a high degree of autonomy, a strong customer mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
🎯 Key Accountabilities
📦 Delivery & Project Ownership
- Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects for Amadeus SKY Network planning airline customers, applying structured project management practices across planning, execution, risk management, and delivery governance.
- Define and manage project scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables in line with customer commitments and internal standards.
- Proactively identify risks and constraints, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure transparent status reporting to stakeholders.
- Support critical delivery phases including solution readiness, validation cycles, user acceptance activities, and transition to live operations.
🤝 Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted partner to airline customers, understanding their operational context and translating business objectives into clear delivery plans.
- Coordinate effectively with cross‑functional internal teams (Delivery, Product, Solution, Customer Success, and Support) to ensure aligned execution.
- Manage stakeholder expectations at multiple levels, ensuring clear communication, issue resolution, and decision alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

👤 Candidate Profile
🎓 Experience & Background
- University degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation, or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of experience in project management / Airline product Implementation ideally within aviation, airline operations, network planning, scheduling, or complex enterprise software delivery environments.
- Strong exposure to Network Planning, Scheduling, Forecasting, Capacity Management, or Airline Operations is highly desirable.

- Proven ability to manage projects independently, with strong ownership, accountability, and delivery focus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior airline stakeholders and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Solid stakeholder management and collaboration skills, enabling effective coordination across diverse teams.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Resilient and adaptable, comfortable working in dynamic, international environments.

📗 Specific Accountabilities
- Participate in the project implementation.
- Analyse risks and ensure relevant reporting to line organization.
- Support other actors of the implementation.
- Examine the overall migration strategy from legacy airline to Amadeus product.
- Support the customer with reengineered business processes.
- Perform system setup according to customer requirements and agreed scope.
- Revise the correction of documented problems.
- Execute all necessary steps of Cutover Rehearsals and Production Cutover.
