We are looking for an entrepreneurial and ambitious individual to join Airgoods as our first growth hire. We are on a high-growth trajectory and looking for someone who wants to be a key player on the journey to building a billion-dollar company. This position will involve: * Being a 'Generalist Athlete' – your role will evolve over time and require doing whatever it takes to make sure we are growing quickly. * Talking with users – over the phone, in-person, and on Zoom – every day to deeply understand their business and pain points. * Developing our playbook for repeatable growth as we scale across categories and markets. * Establishing the operational excellence required for Airgoods to accelerate into our next stage of growth. * Living in NYC. We have an office in Manhattan by Madison Square Park and work in-person 5 days a week. Our ideal candidate has the ambition and work ethic to grow with the company and develop a world class B2B growth engine.

Airgoods is a fast growing wholesale marketplace for the specialty food and beverage industry. We help specialty stores centralize their wholesale buying to make it easy for them to order all of their inventory in one place. Our users are businesses like Tiny Grocer in Austin, The Epicurean Trader in SF, Eastern District in NYC, Soberish in Atlanta and Dray Drinks in Boston. Our mission is to make wholesale radically better for all stakeholders in the specialty grocery industry. We started in January 2023, and have raised $3.4M from top investors like Y Combinator (S23) and Initialized Capital. We currently process ~$1M in transactions per month.
