Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Airfreight Operations Executive based in Mumbai. The Airfreight Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day airfreight operations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely and efficient shipment handling. Key tasks include overseeing documentation, monitoring shipments, managing communication with airlines and clients, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The executive will also focus on maintaining operational efficiency and enhancing customer service quality.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management
- Strong Analytical Skills to resolve operational challenges effectively
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with airfreight processes and regulations is preferred
- Proficiency in using logistics software is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
