Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Aircraft Records Analyst to support aircraft airworthiness, lease compliance, and asset management functions. The role involves end-to-end management, audit, and validation of aircraft technical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory authorities, lessors, and internal CAMO standards.
This is a hybrid role offering flexibility while requiring strong coordination with engineering, CAMO, and asset management teams.
Key Responsibilities1. Aircraft Records Management- Review, organize, and maintain complete aircraft technical records (airframe, engines, APU, components)
- Ensure records are accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulatory requirements (DGCA, EASA, FAA as applicable)
- Digitize and structure records into standardized formats and systems
2. Airworthiness & Compliance- Verify compliance with:
- Airworthiness Directives (ADs)
- Service Bulletins (SBs)
- Maintenance Planning Document (MPD) tasks
- Track life-limited parts (LLPs), hard time components, and on-condition items
- Ensure proper back-to-birth traceability for critical components
3. Lease Return & Transition Support- Support aircraft redelivery and induction projects
- Prepare and audit records for lease return conditions
- Identify gaps and coordinate closure actions with MROs and operators
- Work on records bridging and reconstruction where required
4. Data Analysis & Reporting- Generate technical records status reports
- Highlight risks, missing documentation, and non-compliance areas
- Assist in building asset value reports and technical due diligence outputs
5. Stakeholder Coordination- Coordinate with:
- CAMO teams
- Airlines / Operators
- MRO organizations
- Lessors and asset managers
- Support audits and inspections by regulators and clients
Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Candidates with hands-on experience in aviation domains such as aircraft records, CAMO, technical services, or MRO will be given strong preference over academic specialization.
Experience- 1–5 years of experience in:
- Aircraft records / technical documentation
- CAMO / airline engineering / MRO environment
Technical Skills- Strong understanding of:
- Aircraft maintenance programs (AMP)
- AD/SB compliance
- LLP tracking and certification
- Proficiency in Excel and data management tools
Core Competencies- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under tight timelines (especially during transitions)
- Good communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Qualifications- Exposure to lease return/redelivery projects
- Experience with digital records systems and aviation ERP platforms
- Understanding of aircraft types such as A320 family / B737 family
Work Structure- Hybrid working model (combination of remote and office presence)
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for audits, inspections, or project requirements
