Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer at our Baramati location. The Aircraft Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing aircraft to ensure safety and compliance with aviation regulations. Day-to-day tasks include performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, diagnosing technical issues, ensuring that repairs meet industry standards, maintaining detailed service records, and ensuring the timely availability of aircraft for training purposes. Collaboration with technical teams and adherence to strict safety protocols are essential components of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in aircraft maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and inspection
- Comprehensive knowledge of aviation safety standards and regulatory requirements (DGCA/EASA/FAA regulations preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with aircraft systems
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, maintenance manuals, and standard operating procedures
- Certified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license, or equivalent qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Familiarity with computer-based maintenance systems and tools is an advantage
