Roles and Responsibilities Assist in screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews Create and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports Coordinate interviews across all levels, working closely with candidates and hiring managers Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and follow up with recruiters as required Collaborate with internal stakeholders before and after interviews Help collect and organize candidate information for analytics and documentation Learn and become proficient in internal recruitment software and tools Rotate across multiple HR functions to gain broad recruitment exposure Professional Skills Required Strong proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (G Suite) Effective verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Demonstrated interest in human resources and recruitment Willingness to work from the Airbus premises in Bangalore
