Luxury Retreats, a division of Airbnb, is seeking a VIP Guest Services – Team Manager to join our London-based team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of VIP Guest Services Specialists in providing exceptional customer service to our most discerning guests. This includes managing the team's day-to-day operations, training and development, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. You will also serve as a key point of contact for escalated guest inquiries and work closely with our other teams to resolve complex issues. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in a customer-facing leadership position, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.
