Talent Enablement Advisor, India

Airbnb's Talent Enablement Advisor team delivers the core components of HR services, including advising managers and employees on people matters, supporting the planning and delivery of cyclical talent programs, collaborating with COEs on global program delivery, partnering with functional experts on research and investigations, and supporting function specific projects, among other responsibilities and opportunities. The India Talent Enablement team is part of our Global Employee Experience team. It is our job to make sure we raise the bar with every hire. We are creating the best team in the world. This role requires someone who is willing to take on the extremely fast paced operations found in a hyper-growth company that tracks its growth in multiples, not percentages.
