About the role
As a Supervisor, Claims Experience, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Representatives. You will coach and mentor your team to deliver high-quality support to Airbnb guests and hosts and work closely with the Claims team to resolve complex issues. You will also collaborate with other teams to drive process improvements and ensure a seamless customer experience.
