About the role

The Community Support Platform team builds the core tools and infrastructure that powers Airbnb's community support operations. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling the systems that enable our Community Support Specialists to help guests and hosts around the world. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to drive the roadmap and deliver high-impact features. This role requires strong technical skills as well as the ability to work cross-functionally and think strategically about system design and architecture.
