About the role

The Staff QA Program Lead will be responsible for leading the quality program for the community support engineering team at Airbnb. This role will be responsible for setting the quality vision and strategy, driving impactful process improvements, and ensuring the engineering team delivers high quality features to our hosts and guests. The ideal candidate will have experience leading quality initiatives at scale, managing distributed QA teams, and partnering cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement. This is a remote role, and can be based anywhere in the United States.
