Airbnb's Risk & Integrity team is looking for a Staff, Advanced Analytics, Risk Insights to join our growing team. This role is part of the Risk Analytics group, which uses advanced analytics, machine learning, and data science techniques to drive insights that power Airbnb's risk management capabilities. You'll be responsible for developing and driving the analytics strategy for key risk areas, partnering closely with business stakeholders and data science teams to uncover valuable insights, and translating those insights into actionable recommendations that inform critical business decisions. This is a highly strategic and impactful role that requires a mix of technical acumen, business savvy, and strong communication skills. What You'll Do: - Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to understand key risk areas, priorities, and challenges - Design and develop advanced analytical models and techniques to generate insights on risk trends, patterns, and drivers - Translate analytical insights into clear, actionable recommendations that drive meaningful business impact - Leverage data visualization and storytelling techniques to effectively communicate findings to senior stakeholders - Collaborate cross-functionally with data science, engineering, and product teams to implement and operationalize analytical solutions - Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in risk analytics and data science
