Senior Staff Technical Program Manager, AI Infrastructure

As a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager, AI Infrastructure, you will lead critical cross-functional programs that drive the adoption and impact of Airbnb's machine learning and AI capabilities. You will work closely with teams across engineering, product, and machine learning to deliver strategic, high-visibility AI initiatives that power experiences for guests, hosts, and employees. With strong technical depth and program management skills, you will design and execute complex roadmaps, drive execution and accountability, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
