Senior Program Manager, Technical Education (Engineering Education)

The Senior Program Manager, Technical Education will play a key role in executing various technical learning programs including our Engineering Education programs, and other engineering and data education programming. Our focus is on impact and experimentation, creating world-class programs that enable organizational excellence. We're employing best practices from learning science while experimenting with techniques like experiential, project-based, and cohort-based learning. As we implement and experiment we will evolve, fine-tune and determine how to scale. The ideal candidate is confident in their ability to develop scalable learning experiences that drive overall growth and development. Key to success will be the ability to synthesize a range of concepts into unified experiences, to establish systems and processes, and to deliver top notch program management and metrics.
