About the role

Contribute to the overall marketing strategy for Japan and be a key driver of growth initiatives and campaigns. Work closely with product, content, partnerships, and other cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing programs that drive awareness, acquisition, conversion, and engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute holistic marketing strategies and roadmaps for Japan market - Ideate, build, and launch high-performing marketing campaigns across channels (e.g. social, search, partnerships, etc.) - Analyze campaign performance data and optimize to improve ROI and efficiency - Partner with customer insights, content, and creative teams to ensure marketing content resonates with target audiences - Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to share learnings and best practices - Keep up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth Required Skills and Experience: - 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing - Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; experience leveraging data and insights to inform marketing strategy - Creative problem-solving skills and ability to innovate on campaign ideation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate cross-functionally - Fluency in Japanese and English - Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
