About the role
As a Frontend Engineer on the User Clients team at Airbnb, you'll be responsible for building and shaping the future of Airbnb's Users related product flows, such as user profile, information, and settings across the app and providing Airbnb's Users with a secure, reliable, and delightful authentication experience. The team is highly collaborative with its partners in design, product, data science, legal, and marketing to deliver features and experiences used by millions of people. We work closely with other engineering teams to ensure we build systems that are performant and configurable with architecture that's scalable and robust.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated engineer who is passionate about making a difference through their work. As a frontend web engineer on the Reputation Clients team, you'll be responsible for building Airbnb's quality, reviews, performance insights and reputation products. We aim to build a company-wide quality platform and hospitality system that helps Airbnb and hosts deliver magical stays.
A Typical Day:
Build and deliver high-quality products in the reviews, standards, and insights space
Follow frontend paved path and best practices within a fast-paced tech environment
Work with cross functional partners (product managers, design etc) to define and deliver high-quality products
Collaborate within and across engineering teams to build systems that are performant, scalable and robust
Collaborate with teammates via code reviews and architecture discussions
