About the role

As a Premium Support Associate, you'll be part of a team that provides world-class customer service to our most valuable guests and hosts. You'll use your exceptional communication skills to resolve complex issues, build meaningful relationships, and ensure our community has an amazing experience on Airbnb. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, from responding to high-priority inquiries to handling escalated cases. Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to our most valuable guests and hosts - Resolve complex issues by quickly identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions - Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and training to other support team members - Collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and community experience - Contribute to strategic initiatives that drive team and company-wide improvements Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role, ideally with a focus on VIP or premium-level support - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset - Adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment - Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other relevant software - Fluency in English and French is required for this role - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed
