Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strong social media strategies aligned with Airblack's brand goals to drive brand awareness and establish Airblack as a thought leader in the beauty space
• Craft detailed and persuasive briefs along with precise content writing for storytelling initiatives including short and long-form videos, reels, stories, posts, influencer, and co-branded campaigns
• Create compelling content for social and ad requirements while handling responsibilities from creation to direction
• Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure consistent brand communication and smooth coordination across cross-functional projects
• Navigate beauty and makeup artist communities to build connections that enhance brand presence and source experts and creators for partnerships
• Cultivate and manage relationships with brands to foster mutually beneficial collaborations
• Identify and lead digital engagement efforts beyond existing channels through competitive research, audience analysis, and strategy building
• Assist strategy, performance marketing, and operations teams in creating and managing social channel campaigns
  
  

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Possess 1–6 years of experience in brand and social media management
• Demonstrate experience in starting or scaling social media pages for self or brands
• Show passion for scripting and capturing perfect visual content
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills
• Be socially adept and enthusiastic about building relationships with creators, video editors, designers, and brands
