About the role: Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI that improve usability and engagement in our products Contribute to end-to-end design process from early concept exploration and research to usability testing and delivery Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure designs meet user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives Plan and conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, data analysis) to uncover insights and validate solutions Maintain and contribute to BigPay's design system to ensure visual consistency across products Deliver detailed design specs and assets that support smooth handoffs to developers with minimal back-and-forth Stay updated on fintech and UX trends, proactively bringing fresh ideas to improve our product experiences Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in product, UX, or UI design, with a portfolio showcasing user-centered work Proficiency in Figma (primary) and familiarity with prototyping/collaboration tools (e.g. Miro, Maze, Confluence) Strong foundation in UX principles, usability testing, and translating research into effective designs A good eye for visual design: typography, color, layout, and accessibility best practices Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks or features in parallel Nice-to-have: exposure to fintech products, complex flows (e.g., payments, dashboards), or accessibility standards
