Job Summary
We are seeking a Ticketing Consultant with 2-3 years of experience in domestic and/or international air ticketing. The candidate should be efficient, detail-oriented, and capable of handling end-to-end ticketing operations while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings
Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets as per airline policies
Manage date changes, refunds, and fare recalculations
Check and advise on best fares, routes, and airline options
Coordinate with airlines and consolidators for ticketing support
Share PNR details, e-tickets, and invoices with clients
Maintain accurate ticketing records and CRM updates
Ensure compliance with airline rules and company SOPs
Handle urgent and last-minute travel requests efficiently
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in air ticketing
Working knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre – preferred)
Strong understanding of airline fare rules, refunds, and reissues
Good communication and customer-handling skill
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
Experience in corporate ticketing
Basic invoicing and billing knowledge
