Role Responsibilities:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the tours and travel industry, preferably with IATA certification
Prior background in travel management
Experience in managing queues and handling schedule changes
Proficient in ticket issuance, re-issuance, refunds, and revalidations
Required Skills:
- Strong background in the travel industry
- Hands-on experience with GDS platforms, preferably Galileo and Amadeus
- In-depth knowledge of fares and ticketing processes
- Familiarity with the air travel industry and relevant key contacts
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- IATA certification is a strong advantage
