Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic and international air ticketing independently
- Work on CRS systems like Amadeus and Galileo
- Manage group bookings, corporate travel, and incentive travel requests
- Create PNRs and handle ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds
- Assist customers with fare queries and itinerary modifications
- Coordinate with airlines for smooth booking operations
- Handle corporate clients and ensure timely follow-ups
- Ensure proper documentation including transit visa requirements.
- Maintain accuracy in reservations and timely fulfilment.
Desired profile of the candidate:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in air ticketing
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Amadeus and Galileo systems
- Experience in B2C ticketing environment
- Good understanding of ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds
- Knowledge of transit visa requirements and basic international travel documentation
Min. Exp: 3 years and Above
Compensation range: as per company standards and candidate’s experience
