Job Summary Statement

Air Systems Components (ASC), a business segment of Air Distribution Technologies, Inc., is seeking a Production Scheduler for our El Paso, TX facility. ASC manufactures high-quality air distribution products, including grilles, registers, and diffusers for leading brands such as TITUS, KRUEGER, T&B, H&C, and RELIABLE. This role is critical in ensuring efficient production scheduling to meet customer delivery targets and inventory goals while supporting operational excellence across multiple product lines.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Create weekly and daily production schedules based on the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to optimize productivity and minimize inventory investment.
• Monitor schedule attainment and adjust plans to meet customer delivery and inventory metrics.
• Collaborate with Master Scheduler to maintain capacity requirements planning.
• Coordinate with Supplier Scheduling, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering to ensure timely material availability.
• Maintain replenishment signals within ERP systems for manufactured items to enable smooth material flow.
• Manage daily production support activities, including expediting materials and resolving supply issues.
• Coordinate scheduling and inventory movement for outside processing locations.
• Maintain effective communication with all departments to support operational goals.
• Contribute to cost reduction initiatives and process improvements.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Associate degree in a relevant field with 1–3 years of material management experience in a manufacturing environment; or equivalent experience (additional 3 years without degree).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), Internet software, and email.
• Extended knowledge of MRP and ERP systems required.
• Strong mechanical and analytical ability.

 

Preferred:

• Experience in inventory forecasting, production scheduling, and capacity planning.
• APICS Certification (CPIM or CSCP).
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
