Key Responsibilities
• Develop new business opportunities in Air Import & Export freight services
• Handle corporate clients and generate revenue through freight forwarding solutions
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers
• Conduct client meetings and understand logistics requirements
• Coordinate with pricing and operations team for competitive quotations and smooth shipment execution
• Negotiate rates with customers and overseas agents
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and payment collections
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of Air Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
• Knowledge of international shipping documentation and freight procedures
• Target-oriented with strong business development skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
Qualification
• Graduate in any discipline
• MBA / PG Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain preferre
