Executive - Cost Controls

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Defining the Project Cost Structure (CBS or named WBS in SAP) based on initial detailed contract estimate

• Maintaining during all phases of the Project execution, an accurate and reliable forecast of all project cost,

• Analyzing forecast by controlling committed and actual project costs and alerting (early detection) of any variance

• Preparing, issuing and updating periodic Project Status Report (PSR)

• Periodic updation & maintenance of Cost in SAP.

• Support in the preparation of the cash flow plan & Project POC

• Participating and supporting project risk quantification (Quantitative Risk Analysis) as required by Project.

• Supporting Estimating and Cost Control communities by contributing to proper capitalization with cost feedback & benchmark loops

• Basic technical (process and general engineering) understanding

• Experience of Cost Control tools & methods on EPC business
