Senior Manager - Compliance

Ensure the Company's compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Develop and implement effective compliance policies, procedures, and controls. Conduct compliance risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Monitor and report on the Company's compliance performance. Provide compliance training and guidance to employees. Liaise with regulatory authorities and respond to inquiries. Identify and address compliance gaps and issues.
