About the role

The incumbent would be responsible for shaping and executing Air India's leadership and professional development strategy. This role shall ensure that leaders at all levels are equipped to drive a high-performance, people-centric culture. The incumbent shall also enable professional skills development of Air India employees to make them more productive & effective in their roles The role entails diagnosing learning needs, designing and executing impactful learning / capability development interventions to scale, collaborate with key internal & external stakeholders to build immediate & long-term capability across the organization
