Chief Manager - Employee Relations and Compliance

Responsible for facilitating relationships with employees and unions across regions with the aim of building a positive and engaged work environment. Develop and recommend new or modified policies and procedures and assure legal compliance with applicable HR-related laws across regions. Coordinate with HR and leadership from other functions on employee/industrial relations, and compliance related matters.
