Position Title: Associate Manager – Contract Management Function: Ethics Location: Vatika One on One, Gurugram Reports to: Associate Vice President Ethics Role Level: CXO-3 Job Purpose Local Ethics Counsellors (LEC) Coordination LEC Monthly reports and meetings SPOC for LECs for both Air India and Air India Express Audits and Process Improvement Audit suppliers based on SCoC for both Air India and Air India Express Ethics audit of stations for both Air India and Air India Express Audit of new and improved processes as recommended by ethics team after 6 months of implementation Enhancing Business Ethics Monthly and annual Ethics MIS Managing Nielsen annual survey and feedback implementation Group Ethics Annual Compliance Report (ACR) reporting and feedback implementation TCoC Trainings Supplier Code of Conduct (SCoC) awareness with vendors for both Air India and Air India Express TCoC related trainings at airports for both Air India and Air India Express Converting ethics cases into case studies and creating case lets
