ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are hiring a passionate and driven Air Freight Operations Executive to join our Chennai team. The role focuses on managing day-to-day air freight operations, ensuring smooth coordination of shipments, and maintaining efficiency in time-critical logistics movements.
You will be responsible for handling operations, supporting hub activities, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced logistics environment. The role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts and the ability to manage time-sensitive shipments with accuracy and speed.
IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:
• International Air Freight Forwarding
• Export & Import Operations
• Hub Operations and Time-Critical Shipments
• Pricing and Customer Service Handling
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• Strong communication and customer service
skills
• Experience in air freight operations or freight forwarding
• Good coordination and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in operations
