Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Air Export Manager - Pricing and Operations, based in New Delhi. The role involves managing pricing and operational processes for air export services, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and coordinating with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities. The manager will handle customer inquiries, negotiate rates, manage documentation, and oversee cargo movement to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Proactive client engagement and building strong customer relationships are integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Customs Brokerage and knowledge of customs regulations and documentation
- Expertise in Freight Forwarding and managing air export and cargo operations
- Knowledge of key practices in Export freight handling
- Strong Customer Service and communication skills to effectively manage client inquiries and build relationships
- Proficiency in international trade, including Incoterms and HS classification
- Demonstrated experience in supervising and coordinating supply chain activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any Degree with experience in Air Export.
- Proficiency with logistics software and tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
