Analyst, Application Development and Maintenance

Responsibilities: - Analyze application requirements and design effective solutions - Develop, test, and implement new applications and enhancements to existing applications - Provide operational support for existing applications, including incident management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and reliable solutions - Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in application development and maintenance Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - 3-5 years of experience in application development and maintenance - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python - Familiarity with relational databases and SQL - Experience with agile software development methodologies - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Effective communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
