Role Description The Air Auditor is a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai, focused on assessing and optimizing air systems within client facilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting field inspections and measurements of air quality, airflow, and system performance, and documenting findings in clear, accurate reports. The role involves identifying inefficiencies, safety concerns, and compliance issues, and supporting recommendations for improvements to ventilation, filtration, and air distribution systems. The Air Auditor will collaborate with engineers and facility personnel, maintain detailed records, and ensure all audits follow company standards and relevant regulations. This position requires regular on-site visits, adherence to safety protocols, and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform technical inspections and measurements of air systems, and interpret data to evaluate performance and compliance.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills, including accurate recordkeeping and clear written communication of findings and recommendations.
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking to identify issues, assess root causes, and propose practical solutions.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with engineers, facility staff, and clients in on-site environments.
- Familiarity with industrial safety practices and relevant standards or regulations related to air quality and ventilation (training can be provided).
- Basic computer proficiency for using measurement tools, data entry, and report preparation; experience with MS Office or similar tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Madurai, including standing, walking, and working in industrial or commercial settings as required.
- Relevant technical qualification or diploma/degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in auditing, inspection, or facility operations is an advantage.
