Role Description
The Air and Ocean Export Coordinator will oversee export operations for air and ocean freight shipments. Responsibilities include managing documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, coordinating with shipping agents, and providing outstanding customer support. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in export documentation, customs clearance, and international shipping regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to coordinate with clients, suppliers, and shipping agents
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple shipments and meet strict deadlines
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management software
- Proven capability to resolve issues and address customer inquiries effectively
- A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations will be an advantage
