Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site AIML Trainer role based in the Pune Division. The AIML Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) applications in clinical research. Key responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting workshops, mentoring students, assessing progress, and staying updated on the latest trends and advancements within the AIML domain in healthcare. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance course content and practical learning opportunities will also be a key focus of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), including algorithm development, data modeling, and programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with clinical data analysis, healthcare applications of AIML, and familiarity with clinical research processes
- Ability to develop and deliver comprehensive training content, along with excellent presentation and teaching skills
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, AI frameworks, and related technology
- Excellent communication, mentorship, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline; certifications in AI/ML are a plus
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with teams and work in an academic or corporate training environment
- A proactive mindset and willingness to adapt to emerging trends and technologies in the field
