Position Overview
We are seeking a AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and Generative AI systems, including Agentic AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Research, prototype, and implement state-of-the-art ML and AI algorithms.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and statistical analysis.
- Train, fine-tune, and optimize ML models for accuracy, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts.
- Extend and customize existing ML frameworks and libraries to meet project-specific requirements.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and applied machine learning technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in building and deploying Generative AI / Agentic AI applications.
- Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning principles.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NumPy, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI toolkits like LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar.
- Working knowledge of MLOps principles and implementation of Big Data solutions in batch and streaming modes (mandatory).
- Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with MLFlow, KubeFlow, Langfuse, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields.
