Job Title: AI/ML Engineer – Gen AI
Location: Bangalore, India
Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE)
Experience: 3+ years
Must Have: AI/ML, Python, SQL, Fast API, Docker/Kubernetes, Big Data (batch/streaming)

Key Responsibilitie
- sDesign, develop, and deploy machine learning and Generative AI systems, including Agentic AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
- .Research, prototype, and implement state-of-the-art ML and AI algorithms
- .Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and statistical analysis
- .Train, fine-tune, and optimize ML models for accuracy, scalability, and performance
- .Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts
- .Extend and customize existing ML frameworks and libraries to meet project-specific requirements
- .Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and applied machine learning technologies
.Required Skills & Qualification
- sProven experience in building and deploying Generative AI / Agentic AI applications
- .Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning principles
- .Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NumPy, etc
- .Hands-on experience with Generative AI toolkits like LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar
- .Working knowledge of MLOps principles and implementation of Big Data solutions in batch and streaming modes (mandatory)
- .Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL)
- .Familiarity with MLFlow, KubeFlow, Langfuse, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- .Experience with containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes)
- .Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills
- .Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
.Educational Qualificatio
- nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields
