Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an AI/ML Engineer based in Kolhapur. The responsibilities of the AI/ML Engineer include developing, implementing, and maintaining machine learning algorithms and solutions that enhance Cocpit’s platform. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into AI-driven features, optimizing models for performance, and working on end-to-end deployment of AI models. You will also analyze data, implement advanced machine learning frameworks, and stay up to date with AI trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and statistical modeling.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, along with experience using libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- 2+ Years of experience (Mandatory).
- Expertise in working with data processing tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and data visualization libraries like Matplotlib or Seaborn.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and deployment of AI/ML solutions at scale.
- Strong skills in data analysis, feature engineering, and algorithm optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. PhD in a related discipline is a plus.
- Experience in natural language processing, recommendation systems, or neural network design is a plus.
